Ugh, I hated giving my money to this company every month SO MUCH, and I had a mini celebration the day my driveway was finally poured and I could end my relationship with this wretched place. I parked a motorhome at their property across Lake Drive, which would be a suitable place to film an episode of The Walking Dead. It was such a derelict and forgotten place and the gate was perpetually malfunctioning so it was left wide open probably 80% of the time that I parked there. It was one of the cheaper places around, so normally I'd say you 'get what you pay for', but they charged us $165/month to not even provide secure storage, so I'd call that a breach of contract and we should have been refunded most or all of our money each month that the gate was wide open. If I wanted to park our RV out in the open, I would have found some low-key neighborhood where code enforcement doesn't care and just left it on the street.

While it was parked here, the driver's side mirror was somehow broken, presumably by vandals or children playing. Of course no response from the management when we wrote about this issue. This storage facility, like so many others, is owned by some useless, soulless holding corporation, so if you ever try to get in touch with them to complain about issues like what I've described here, you'll get lip-service and runaround, but never solutions. Just an awful place to have to do business with. I'm not sure if there are any better alternatives, though.

Jackie was awesome! Very helpful with helping me move. Prices weren't bad either. Will be returning if I need another truck.
