PNW Preferred

Hired this morning company to move my furniture and they were just amazing!!! They made sure to properly wrap my furniture and made sure to move my items in an efficient time and care. Thank you PNW!

Used them for my move, while the quote might be attractive they ended up charging me more than 50% more than what they quoted. I hired them for 3 movers and only 2 show up, then they call a third one, who was definitely unexperience at moves. We had moved less than a year ago and we know how long it takes to make such a move and they took a looooot longer time.... Also they damaged some items and after 5 emails and several calls ignored I assume they are just avoiding me to not take responsibility for those.

Used them for a move recently. Returned to our prior home to find they left the front doors both wide open and the washing machine spigots spraying water all over the laundry room because they hadn’t been shut off properly. Also inexplicably missing power cords as well as all our lampshades and lightbulbs. I didn’t expect them to lock up but at least tell me the doors are open. The remainder of our stuff could easily have been stolen by even the least motivated of thieves. There also could have been some pretty severe water damage if I didn’t return sooner. We tried to contact the owner about the issues and were completely ignored. I’d stay away from these movers.

There were just a few extra heavy things I needed removed from my home and these guys put my mind at ease. The two movers were both professional and personable. Thanks PNW Preferred!
