Netzer and Eddie took great care me! They worked efficiently and quickly to move me from the Central District to Capitol Hill with no damage to any of my belongings. Real professionals! Will definitely recommend to friends!

Excellent moving company. From getting an initial quote over the phone to meeting with their owner for an estimate to the actual move they were professional and friendly. We had Mario, Eddy, Tim, and Alberto on our move and we cannot say enough about how great of a team we had on our move!

We had a tricky move with many moving pieces yet PNW Preferred made it seem like just another day! My go to for any of our moving needs and will be recommending to everyone we know.

Maybe don’t have your movers park their truck in the middle of a no stop street and block all the cars in that are legally parked there and paid to park. After waiting for 20 minutes, dispatch finally sent out the movers who then just were super rude and gave me a hard time. And then took their sweet time closing up the truck and moving. Meanwhile passers by were literally stopping and apologizing to me.

The WORST moving experience I ever had because of this company. I would do 0 stars if I could. I have moved a lot due to military relocations so we have used different movers but this was the worst I have encountered .

What was supposed to be an easy move from one unit to another in the same building ended up being more of a hassle. When scheduling it seemed great , best priced compared to others . I did not get a cost estimate in writing and that was my mistake because I was rushing and needed to move last minute due to a overbook in the original movers I was hiring. They booked this move as just a labor moved and no packing involved so that is part of the issue of this move. (I did not know , as it was discussed as everything needed to be moved over and not just the heavy Items) .

The first issue was that they were late , the move was scheduled for an 11-11:30AM start time and was even confirmed by email. They never showed until I called and turned out they had a computer issue and it showed the scheduled time in their system for 3:30 PM . The guy apologized and got the guys out here as soon as they could which was still last at 2:00 PM. I was not mad as scheduling issues happen.

What upset me the most about this move was that they damaged Two 4k computer monitors and said nothing along with dropping multiple plants which died due to them. Dirt was all over the floors and the movers barely handled with care. They were booked for 5 hours and we were willing to pay longer if it meant everything will be moved. They only stayed the 5 hours and did not finish moving everything.

The 2 Monitors that were broken we first saw a scratch and asked the movers and they said they did not do it but any damages found can be reported to dispatch. After they left we realized they completely broke the monitors. I called their dispatch sent images and make and models of the Monitors to them.

At first I Told that WA State requires only a 66 Cent Per pound reimbursement for damagers. I was immediately upset but let the representative talk. He then tells me that usually since this was a labor move they do not cover damages! but for this instance and that supposedly the scheduler and I had mis-communication on how the move would be done, they would apply it as a courtesy but it would only be $15. So he then tells me that he will even increase it to $250 total due to all the issues.

I was completely upset that amount does not even cover 1 of the monitors I lost and I still have to move the rest of the Items their mover did not move over. They refused to even increase the amount to half of the cost of each monitor and that was all I got reimbursed even though I paid them 1200 for the move, Fed the movers out of kindness and tipped each of them $100 each in cash.
The guy who also scheduled me even tried to argue that I should have scheduled an earlier time for this move because I also complained that the movers did not transfer everything. I did schedule early and They were 3 hours late . He even argued that I did not specify I needed packing done because I made a comment that I would try to pack over the phone with him in the original phone call but that I work and I am a student so I need everything transferred over.(this was the miscommunication he spoke about.

I took the money cause that's all they would give me back.
(they did pay me the $250 after I had to call and email again the next day because I did not receive the money yet)

Yes they are cheap but not worth the Hassel!

Find a better moving company they gives actual estimate bids, Shows up on time, and treats you and your Personal Items with care.
