Would pick zero stars if that was an option. Pod was never picked up on the scheduled date, then the company marked the service as having been completed. The pod is still in my driveway 4 days later and the company hasn't given me any answers as to what happened or why the service was marked as completed. Customer service reps repeatedly told me they'd call me back. Nobody ever called me back. Im completely disappointed in the lack of professionalism I've experienced with this issue.
