PODS Moving & Storage

Very accommodating for several changes to the pickup/delivery schedule. Things arrived on-time and in good condition. A good experience overall.

Overall we had a good experience with PODs and would recommend their services. Our POD was meant to be picked up after we had unloaded it, and the person who came to pick it up simply drove off with no explanation or communication without taking the POD. We heard from our neighbor that he said something about there being ice around the POD, but we were pretty disappointed and frustrated that there was zero communication (and the conditions were the same as when it was dropped off at the house, so it definitely could be removed).

The next day our POD pick up driver was Steve, and he was outstanding. He was a great communicator, very friendly, and he even apologized on his colleague's behalf about the behavior from the day before. He was thoughtful sweeping out the POD for the next person even though it was cleaned out. We are grateful that we got to work with Steve as he made the experience so much better.

We just moved into a new house and it has a long, thin driveway that was smaller than pod dimensions. Eston gave it his best shot and only gave up when it became clear it would endanger the pod and his truck, so we decided on another option. He was great to work with, and we appreciate his perseverance in trying to reach our goals. He also helped me get the POD door open, which was greatly appreciated.

UPDATE: Unfortunately we had a different delivery person return for the PODS and he left without getting the PODS without explaining. We are now on hold and very frustrated

Etson F. was very helpful in finding the perfect spot!

Renting pods is very convenient. A bit on the expensive side but you have to consider the convenience you’re paying for.

The drop off service was exceptional! I initially had a not so pleasant pick up experience but requested a new driver and Etson F. came to pick up the pod the next day with patience and great customer service.
