Murason was great! Super friendly guy. We only use PODs.

The POD: NOT air tight!
It's a horrible hot box that is not air tight. After using it for 2 weeks my items were covered with bugs and hundreds of ants. I had to remove everything and store in my gragare after cleaning it all down.

Customer service: probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered!
The manager was not helpful, did not show an ounce of empathy and was just rude and unhelpful. She literally laughed and said it's not their fault and they do not care. They also will not pick up for weeks!
