My whole PODS experience was super easy from the staff setting up my reservation, the friendly gentleman that didn't mind me watching in awe at how the unit was delivered and finally to the next friendly person and interaction with Scott Wilson who picked up the unit. The next time we need temporary storage, PODS will get a call from me.

Pods. Stay away. Deceptive pricing, no reliable customer support. Promises, promises...one star is too many!
