Scott was amazing! He was extra careful around our landscaping, and his PODZILLA skills were unbelievable! He expertly placed our 4 Pods exactly where we needed them. Awesome experience! Hopefully he’ll be picking them up as well.

Scott Wilson did a great job. He took the time to find the right strategy and angles to put the POD where we needed it despite it being very tight and awkward to get into the driveway.

PODS customer service was superb. Betsy was lovely and incredibly helpful. Definitely would recommend to anyone in the area needing moving/storage assistance.

Tom the driver walked with me to survey the place I wanted the pod and we came up with a workable place. He was wonderful and very personable.

I had 3 pods delivered and picked up. The 1st was dropped off by Tom and pickup by Scott. I do not remember the name of the drivers that dropped off pods 2 and 3 (sorry). The 2nd and 3rd pods were picked up by Forest.

These drivers were professional, friendly, listened to my requests and worked with me.

I would be remise if I did not mention the pods coordinator, Betsy. She has been patient with me. She has been helpful. And with all that said she seems to be liked and respected by the drivers.

Today, October 16th, Scott delivered my 3 pods, 2 early morning and 1 midmorning. This gave me and my crew the opportunity to empty one of the pods. By the end of the day all 3 pods were empty with only a crew of 4. But the thing I want to comment on most is the driver, Scott. I had a paved area of 39' for Scott to position 3 pods and he was not only efficient, 22 minutes to place pods 1 and 2 and 12 minutes to place pod 3, but Scott was flexible. The reason this is so amazing is that they were paving all around us, across the street and 20 yards down the road. Scott had to work around and with the big dump trucks coming and going. Originally the paving was supposed to happen yesterday but it was delayed. Scott was calm and worked within the unexpected circumstances. If you ever have the opportunity to work with pods, Scott and the scheduler (Betsy), know you are in good hands.
