PODS Moving & Storage

As a whole our experience was awful. Pods call center was unreliable,unbelievable and just suck The way you conduct business is pathetic and can’t believe you guys can stay in business.
Although Cas and Keith from Ludlow ma are Great! Those guys got it done. Unfortunately it took a drive over to the facility to contact them. Your call center is freaking useless and frustrating. The call center people should just be fired.
When upon arrival the customer call center was causing a 65 and 64 year old people to sleep on the floor for days. Fortunately we came across a wonderful driver named Todd he was Great and got the job done.
My wife and I want give our best to the 3men who know how to get the job done Cas and Keith in Ludlow Ma and Todd in Gardiner Me.
They should be commend for the job they do.
The rest of you are full of lies and are useless

We used PODS to help us move from Harpswell to Bath and nothing but an exceptional experience. From our delivery and drop offs being timely, to the customer service and allowing us to change our dates and letting keep our POD at there facility on short notice. Our driver Cory Clarcq, was very timely, efficient, polite and a pleasure to meet

Great company, great staff, and plenty of availability and assistance. Everything went smoothly and my belongings were in the same shape as when we packed the pods!
