Worst experience ever, and every phone call to pods the first and every response started with sorry our system isn't working. After 9 months sitting in their yard mice and rats got into the pod and destroyed just about all of our belongings, at the end it took them 10 days to finally pick up their pod even having pre schedule date of July 1st to pick it up they didn't come until July 11th and I was on the phone just about every day, as I was told 4 different times that they was on the way to pick it up.
