Is your driveway at least 12 feet wide? That’s the first question asked when making reservations. That being stated I booked a 16ft and an 8ft unit to be delivered to my home a whole month before I had to move. I had also hired movers they recommended to pack the POD as well. On the actual day of delivery as I am at work (because they reassure you no one needs to be home.) I get the call from the driver that he doesn't think he can get the POD up my driveway, passes me off to his supervisor who explains that the elevated walls on the side of the driveway will be a problem dropping the POD. I asked about the 12ft and was told that the POD crane wouldn’t make it with the container. Mind you, this is the day of and they are calling me while they are assessing google maps looking at my property to tell me they didn’t think it would work. That would’ve been fine if it was a few days after I booked and they did their due diligence. They recommended I go to city hall and get a parking permit so they can leave it in front of the property. That same day so they can leave one unit in front. Since I was already at work that was not happening. I had to book a moving company and cancel their recommended movers all that same day, while scrambling for storage for the smaller things that I planned on packing in the POD when the movers were done moving the bigger things. Total lack of courtesy or professionalism.

They quoted me $2,600 for my move. Charged me over $4,000. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
