Poor customer service if anything goes wrong. They failed to pick up my empty container for days

Order for guaranteed delivery time was cancelled without my knowledge. They even told me that I cancelled it in one of the phone calls, despite saying that they cancelled it on their end right on the day of delivery because they would not be able to deliver on time. Container was late by around 4 hours, and they told me that they were within their delivery window when the delivery window was adjusted multiple times in the day of delivery.

I had ordered the guaranteed delivery for AM delivery by paying extra money. My review on delivery window is based on guaranteed delivery and not the standard delivery. This was cancelled on the morning of the day of delivery without my permission or knowledge.
