The delivery drive was very efficient. It was an easy process from beginning to end. He explained how to use the pod.

Our delivery guy (KA Lee), was very professional explained the delivery process in advance made sure we had the pod in the right location. The whole process was easier than I thought it would be.

My driver, Ka, Lee was excellent. He carefully positioned the POD exactly where I needed it, ensuring I could still park in my driveway. Most of all Ka, was very professional and understanding.

The young man that delivered the POD is Brian Nunez. He called to alert me he was already on the road and his anticipated time of arrival. He asked me how I wanted the POD to either face the street or the house. He went over the liability exemption form carefully and diligently. He asked for my input as to where to exactly place the POD. Mr. Nunez was polite, courteous, professional, skillful in what his responsibility was. He was very patient with me as this was the first time I have ever requested such a service. Mr. Nunez is an asset to the organization he is employed with.
