I had a highly unsatisfactory experience. While I was not home during the delivery, the driver positioned the opening of the POD three feet away from a fence, facing away from the driveway, making access inconvenient. When I contacted the company to request a repositioning, they charged me for the adjustment. Upon raising my concerns, I was told that, in their opinion, there was sufficient room to load items into the POD, which I found dismissive and unhelpful.

The customer service at PODS is fantastic. The entire process was easy. Whenever I had a question or concern I was greeted by a friendly representative who always had an answer or solution. Using PODS was a great experience.
