I needed to have a previously delivered POD exchanged for a new one yesterday. My driver Dan H. delivered the new container and very skillfully switched the two 16' pods, which required a lot of difficult and careful maneuvering in the busy street. Dan placed the new pod exactly where I needed it to be, and did all this with a courteous and friendly manner. He did an EXCEPTIONAL job!

I was satisfied with the actual service and the container, but the billing and final price was ridiculous. The smallest container moved less than 10 miles cost very close to $1000. This was done out of necessity and won't happen again. PackRat beats their prices, which I found out after the fact. Live and learn.
