I don’t know where to start. There were errors from day one.
1. You can’t communicate with the warehouse that is managing your POD drop off, pick up or storage. You’re communicating with a call center and the individuals (who are very nice!) and quite difficult to understand because of accents There were errors in pick up times and dates from beginning to end. One of the contributing factors is this: Each POD is one order. So if you need 3 PODS, that’s 3 orders. And when you ask to “visit” POD at the warehouse to retrieve something, or you’re asking for them to be picked up or re-delivered, you’re scheduling EACH POD. So you’d better know which POD has what in it. And if you need all of them, good luck! Each one gets delivered separately! I called customer service each week for 3 weeks in a row (in light of the pick up errors) to secure plans to have PODS re-delivered. Sure enough, the re-delivery was a fiasco. The texts I received telling me when the PODS were being dropped off & delivered were incorrect! And again, no way to get in touch with the very people responsible for driving the container to your home! It’s a bizarre , customer dissatisfaction & inefficient way of running a business. Never again!
I was very pleased with the team I encountered. Not bad looking either.
