Drivers are great!
Customer service on phone is tricky.
Plan way ahead with scheduling dates of delivery and pick up.
Our contents arrived in perfect shape. Pack smart and wrap with plastice wrap and blankets.
Pack tight.

They don’t communicate. Had to wait almost a month after the pod was empty for a pick up date, then the day comes and I got a text stating that my pod was picked up. It was still in my driveway. I had maybe .3” of snow and they said there was too much to pick up the pod. It was supposed to be picked up 1/6/25 and it’s still in my driveway today. 1/13/25

My experience using a PODS container moved across the country was very positive. I would recommend their service to anyone!

I had an absolutely great experience with PODS. I was scheduled for my third POD delivery today and when I saw how small it was compared to the previous 2 16' footers they were kind enough to switch it out, no charge for coming out for a 16' footer to be delivered tomorrow. The guys at Unit 21 at Guilderland Center are the best.

I am so unimpressed. The lack of communication is unreal. They told me that my stuff was delivered and it wasn't for four days until my stuff was delivered that they were able to located my container. When I finally got my container it had a random pad lock on it that I had to hire a locksmith to cut off. I would absolutely NOT recommend using PODS.
