On time. Safe friendly! John S did an excellent job of positioning the POD and showing me how to use it.

If I can give a zero I would they agreed to a promise of payment from Veterans affairs and they never honor it. As a veteran who was struggling I was treated with disrespect. Will never use this service and I recommend that any veterans be careful
