The process, was Quick and easy and the drivers are efficient and friendly!

Disappointed that pod was picked up w no call. Had made arrangements to have someone at my property. Window given changed 4 times and again no call, just came and picked up.

The POD leaked, the delivery driver was rude and I had to have them make a second trip to place the POD in the correct area. Will never use them again nor recommend them to anyone.

PODS is an efficient, easy and price effective way to move. Having the ability to move out of our house over a longer period of time took a lot of the anxiety out of moving. I highly recommend using PODS. The entire process was so easy!

in an otherwise perfect experience, I called to get my POD picked up and asked if I had to pay an additional month. Apparently, I missed the window by a day, and no one would/ could do anything about that..I told them that this was a military move, and that my son in law was stationed in Seattle...so I being almost 70 years old had to empty the 16 foot POD myself..my Daughter had to work and yet, no consideration what so ever! They tell you how appreciative they are of my son in laws service, but when it comes to actually showing that understanding and appreciation...they frankly could care less...
I might add that John S, the driver was more than courteous and kind, but PODS really missed the boat !
