Review:

Worst place ever the customer service is the worst of the worst. And if there's an issue for get getting a manger on the line, they all work from home.
The four day back and forth with them because the decided to change my pick up date to the new place was so frustrating and daunting it literally made me sick to my stomach.
They were rude and very incredibly unfriendly,
My word of warning never use this company.
I will recommend going some place else.

Review:

Worse and most stressful experience ever. Did not pick up when they said they would. We packed pods to move across country. Ended up hiring movers who got the job done quickly and stress-free. Would never consider or recommend!

Review:

If I could give them zero stars I would, this has been the worst moving experience my wife and I have ever had and we will not be using PODs again. They charged us thousands of dollars for the moving alone and then slapped on a storage fee(even after we said we did not want to store) not once but twice. They blocked off the dates to return the POD causing it to sit in my driveway for two weeks and then on the day of the pickup did not arrive to pick up said POD. Only after calling customer support did they tell me that it would be an additional two weeks until pickup. The customer service people were very polite and professional but the experience as a whole was horrible.

Review:

Truly awful experience with this location and there's no end in sight and no customer service that can actually help.

My empty moving POD was supposed to be picked up on the 22nd however this location was unable to meet that date and had to reschedule for the 26th (at which point PODs tried to charge me an additional fee which took me hours on the phone to get waived). The 26th rolls around and this place is a no call/no show. They do not pick up my POD. They do not call me to inform they aren't picking it up. They do not update the website/pickup status. I have to spend hours on the phone with a call center who has no power to help and no idea what's going on. Finally at the end of the day I get an email saying my pickup has been rescheduled for 19 DAYS LATER and that's assuming they actually show up this time. I've been trying to contact someone who can help as I do not agree to this and the lack of communication is completely unacceptable and again, no one who answers the phone has any power to help.

I do not authorize PODS to store their container in my driveway for any longer. If I don't hear back within the next day or so, my next step is looking into legal action around abandoned property because after hours on the phone with useless customer service and several help tickets later, there is still no end in sight. SO frustrating. This container is greatly impacting my ability to access my property. Save yourself a headache and work with a moving company where you can actually talk to the people responsible.

Review:

Phil delivered our POD and did a great job! He called ahead of time to make sure he knew exactly where we wanted it and gave us an accurate ETA. He maneuvered our somewhat tough and very long driveway, that had some packed ice and snow (we salted but it's winter). He made sure we could open the door before he left too, which was great! We appreciated his attention to detail and friendliness.
