On time and good at explaining everything

Wouldn’t recommend. The “storage facility” where your stuff is kept is likely a random parking lot in Saratoga springs with seemingly zero security and unless you know the address of where you are moving it’s no guarantee they will actually “be able to” deliver the pods. We confirmed delivery for our temporary rental address and when we bought a house we updated the delivery to our new address only 35 minutes from the rental and the facility decided they didn’t want to deliver the pod anymore. Then we submitted requests asked if we could pay extra to get it delivered it’s only 35 minutes and we got text messages from PODs saying now they were going to deliver them to our new address, but then got emails saying they declined. Not confusing at all! I called and PODs said there was nothing they could do about it because the facility gets to decide. We ended up having to hire movers twice, once when PODs said they wouldn’t deliver but then I had to cancel when I got the text messages saying my containers were being delivered that next week, then when the containers never showed up i had to hire them again. We ended up spending way more than what was quoted and had to pay storage fees while all of this back and forth was happening. Our move was delayed and so much more expensive thanks to PODs. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Mr. Tate was an extremely intelligent and kind person to deal with. He went out of his way to be sure the POD was exactly where I wanted it. This gentleman deserves a 6 Star review!

They were very good from storage and shipping my items
