HELLO DOES ANYONE WORK AT THE SYRACUSE LOCATION??? PLEASE ANSWER YOU PHONE.
Our pods delivery was cancelled from ice 3 days ago. Now we can’t get in touch with ANYONE AT THIS LOCATION to get our pods accessed to clear out (THANKS NOW WE HAVE TO RENT A UHAUL AND LOAD IT OURSELVES THEN DRIVE TO OUR NEW HOUSE AND UNLOAD IT AGAIN BECAUSE APPARENTLY YOU CANT DO YOUR JOB. DONT WORRY ME WITH A SPINAL SURGERY AND MY 70 YEAR OLD PARENTS WILL DO IT ALONE). Now we are looking at additional charges for storage even though we are trying our best to get our things. This is like a hostage situation with our things. PLEASE WE ARE TRYING TO CONTACT YOU.
Customer service said they can’t reach you. We can’t even confirm if we show up tomorrow with a uhaul that our pods will be accessible. So we have to drive an hour and a half to MAYBE get our items?? I don’t understand this. I work in the customer service field so I understand the people in the phone are doing their best. But if they can’t reach this location then how can they do their jobs? Not their fault. Just a terrible lack of availability and communication from this Syracuse location. This is insane.
I relocated from across the country for a job that starts tomorrow. I gave this three extra days in case issues occurred. I tried to be prepared. PLEASE HELP US.

The customer service agents, the drivers- everyone consistently provided exceptional service. I highly recommend using pods for storage services!
