Review:

We used pods to store household items during a remodel project. I cannot say enough about the positive level of customer service we received from every touchpoint in the process. The customer service agents, the drivers- everyone consistently provided exceptional service. I highly recommend using pods for storage services!

Review:

Had to contact customer services numerous times with my order, would use the chat method on their website. Following confirming everything with them, the order would be incorrect. I was using my pods to move from 1 house to another. Prior to the transport from houses, my order stated they were picking picked up and dropped off to the same location. I was not able to edit or correct this until the morning of the move.

Following them being delivered to the next house, I scheduled one of the pods to be picked up. AGAIN, the address was wrong. I received a phone call the morning it was suppose to be picked up saying he was a driver and was on the way to pick it up. I never saw a driver at my house, never received another call. I went on to the account and then it was changed to be picked up the same day as my other pod.

The day that both pods were now to be picked up was also on my final day of my 1 month rental. Three days prior, I began receiving notifications from my bank that PODS was trying to charge an additional $460. These charges were denied, and they attempted to charge that again, and again, and again. I had contacted them and they stated it was a pre-authorization charge. This charge was NOT from the previous month, or from an outstanding balance. I stated numerous times the PODS were being removed prior to needing an additional month. The next day, they attempted to charge again, multiple times. The following day, they were charging $200. I repeatedly called and each time I called it would be 30-45 minutes. The call takers were confused why it was still happening. I even received additional charges after they were picked up. I called again. I was reassured that the account was closed and no transactions should be attempted. 30 MINUTES LATER, another charge was attempted.

I would not recommend PODS to anyone. Rather I would only recommend to NOT use them.
