ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Was given a time frame of 915-1215....live DOWNTOWN in a place that this time frame was EXTREMELY important for the dropoff....the driver comes at 845....calls, mind you i set an alarm for 9am because I'm working and moving and knew I could rest as much as possible until 9am. The driver shows up 20 minutes early then LEAVES. Completely destroying our moving plans today. Just utterly useless giving a TIMEFRAME then just showing up early and leaving before the timeframe even started.
