PODS Moving & Storage

One of the most horrible experiences I've ever had moving and I've moved all over the country for years due to work.... This company uses agents in foreign countries who do not understand English and have limited access to your account sometimes repeating themselves over and over again when it has no relevance on what you're talking about.. do not use this company they are based out of Clearwater Florida and every single person you talk to is from a different country who does not understand the needs of Americans moving across the country.. they will not reduce the price they will not discount your pod due to a broken pod it is an absolute horrible company and should be listed on the better Business bureau as do not use... Absolutely horrible experience called over 35 times to talk to a human being in another country who doesn't understand what I was saying.... If you use this company it's at your own risk don't say I didn't warn you..

Will never use Pods again. They charge you for a month after you schedule pickup. They refuse to let you speak to management and refuse to issue a refund! Very disappointed

PODS are the most stress free approach to a very stressful situation. Being in control of the pick up and delivery times was HUGE for me!!!

Rick has been amazing!!! Would recommend him and PODs to everyone!!!
