Absolutely 100% Positively excellent service! Mike L. was professional, courteous and ON TIME (actually early) in an age when nobody seems to care about their jobs enough to demonstrate those positive qualities! It seems Pod gets how important it is to clients because even the phone was answered on 3rd ring and a wonderful representative was above and beyond helpful to me in the process of setting it all up! POD is the answer!!

I have had my things stored now for years, with the same address as I set up the account. When I tried to have it delivered, I am told they don't deliver to my home. Yet they took my 183$ a month for years failing to mention they can't bring my goods. I could have got a more economical storage near me had I known. NEVER use them. They do not care about customers, loyalty, or your items. Just another greed driven business. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Satisfied all my needs to move garage items while garage had nature stone installed.

I used Pods to move cross-border from Canada to the US, and it did the job. I had to keep a close eye on the charges that were made to my account, because some fees were double charged by mistake, and the currency wasn't indicated. Thank goodness for the customer representatives who helped me regularly. All's well that ends well.
