PODS Moving & Storage

I just moved across country. The service for my drop off at my new location was amazing! Ed was friendly and courteous. He called me about half an hour before arriving and asked how and where the pod was to be placed. Ed was on time for his arrival. He made sure the pod was placed and facing the best way possible for me to unload it. Without me asking, Ed took the time to ask me for my key and made sure that not only did the door unlatch, but that the door opened completely before he left. Since I knew my pod was packed full, there was a chance things might have slid and made it difficult to open. This was a door that had given me a little trouble in my beginning location too. Super happy Ed took the time to care about my access, the location, and safety of where the pod was placed, and best of all...he did it with a smile and a great attitude! The weather hasn't been great, with it bouncing between snow and rain. I have another pod coming, and hope my service for that delivery is just as good. If I could ask for Ed to deliver again, I would.

Vince should be called Prince! What an awesome experience and worker. On time no fuss, Vince is a credit to the company, should be promoted immediately.

Super convenient service. Decided over a weekend to use this company, delivered on Monday before 2 pm. Vince, our delivery driver placed the pod perfectly in our driveway so we can still park our vehicles. Could not have asked for better service. Thank you
