If you’re looking for long term storage options, I would shop around, they’re expensive. Aside from price every month the only issue I had was they delivered my pod before business hours and put it in the wrong place. Otherwise the pickup process was easy and the delivery drivers were very nice to deal with.

Our POD was supposed to arrive on a Saturday. We had all of our family and friends waiting for it to arrive as we had to move our stuff out due to it being close to the holiday season we had limited time. The estimated delivery was supposed to be between 7:00AM and 10:00AM. It never showed up. We called and asked what was going on. They said it was an estimate but would arrive by 11:00AM. It never showed. We called again they said it would be 3:00PM. Never showed. Called again they said it would be 7:00PM. Guess what? NEVER SHOWED. Called next day and they didn’t deliver on Sundays and said it would be there Monday. I woke up Monday to an email saying the POD was cancelled (neither my husband or myself had cancelled). I called AGAIN. They said they’d deliver Tuesday. I said let me talk to a manager. The manager was awful literally saying it was all our fault because we wanted the POD in the yard and they could not accommodate that. This was a load of crap as my husband told them in SEVERAL phone calls we were okay to put it in the drive way. Literally, if you got 4 days to wait for a storage unit then use them. Also, they are greedy. They were willing to give $100.00 off for the inconvenience (the bill was $450) and nothing else. Sitting here now and still no POD delivery going to cancel and have to figure something else out.

Great service! Vince is a pro, excellent driver, excellent communication. Couldn’t recommend more.
