Driver, Vince, was very helpful in providing details on how to load items and where best to position things so they don’t move around! Even provided tips on unloading when we get to our new destination! Great experience!

Had a really challenging POD placement. Vince was incredibly skilled in maneuvering the POD so that it was placed EXACTLY where I wanted it to be! Not only that, but he was a nice guy, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Even checked the POD door to make sure it opened easily. Thank you Vince, and thank you PODS. Cheers, Milo

Vince was great! He was very accommodating to the placement of my Pod as I wasn’t able to be present during delivery. He spoke with me on the phone and treated my fiancé with courtesy and respect when he arrived for the delivery. He took the time to put the unit exactly where I requested although it had to be more difficult and did so with a great attitude. I would recommend and request him in the future.
