PODS Moving & Storage

Their web advertised 8' POD container was to have 'up to 402 cubic ft. of usable space' and be 'comparable to a 10 ft. rental truck' and based on that information that I made my reservation. When the POD container was delivered, I could instantly see that something was wrong in that it was very small. A Google search for specific interior dimensions of the 8' POD container brought me back to a POD site listing the dimensions for an 8' POD container as 6'6' x 6 x 7'6'. When calculated, this is only 292.5 cubic ft. of usable space, significantly less than the 402 cubic ft. and accounts forbthe small size. I had the POD picked up 2 days later and disputed the charge for false advertising.

Everything went smoothly, billing was easy and delivery and removal no hassle.

Great experience using PODS. Renting this unit suited my needs perfectly while I was getting my house ready to sell and eventually move. Every interaction with their employees was pleasant and I thoroughly enjoyed watching the POD get moved around with the PODzilla!!!
