Review:
The review is both for PODS as well as this local location that is supposed to be responsible for picking up our empty pod unit. Not only did the representative schedule for pickup in the year 2027 instead of 2024, when I called to have them correct it an two pods representatives put me on hold multiple times over hours trying to get a hold of someone in your facility there was no answer or email response during business hours. Is this an accepted way for you to do business? There is an empty pod incorrectly scheduled that needs to be removed immediately as it is occupying the only handicap accessible space for the residence and needed ADA equipment cannot be installed due to the delay in pick up causing added expense and the need to find alternate living arrangements until the pod is removed.
