The customer service on the phone was fantastic. The call taker was thorough and well versed in the process with the ability to relay that knowledge in a way that was easily understandable to a client. The driver was well skilled in his responsibilities and very personable in our interactions, explaining what he was doing and what was required next on my part. The website was easy to access and use, being very self explanatory and well designed. My move is not complete yet but so far PODS has taken a lot of stress off of me. A company, no matter how well the business plan, is only as good as it's employees, and the employees I've dealt with so far have been top notch. Keep up the great work.

Great communication throughout the process, I knew exactly when they were coming to drop off and pick up. Scheduling pick up was easy as well.
