Chad was very helpful and communicative as we visited the POD multiple times as we emptied it. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Update: after significant work with a PODs rep I was able to get acceptable weight tickets. If weight tickets are required for your move ensure that they provide correctly annotated tickets on delivery or be prepared to spend a great deal of time on the phone.

Excellent service delivering and picking up my POD containers. Unfortunately, I am forced to leave a negative review because the weight tickets required for my military move have not been provided which may result in the government refusing to reimburse my move. If I am provided correct weight tickets I will update this review.
