I ordered a POD and the area was tight where it needed to go.
Jon T totally knocked it out of the park and got the POD right where it needed to be. Jon T was very easy to work with, professional and got it done with a smile on his face ! Way to go Jon !
I actually requested that he both picks up and delivers my second POD. Thanks again Jon !

Review:
Used “My City” service and driver left after going 1hr and 20 minutes over time because she would have been in violation of her license. I was not made aware of any time constraint until 30 minutes before she left. She driver then leaves and abandons half my items in the loading dock. I am in a high rise apartment and cannot simply put my items back. PODS left me stranded without any care to customer experience or to make things right. Everyone was combative and unwilling to accommodate a very common situation
