PODS Moving & Storage

POD was delivery was on time, set up quickly and positioned perfectly. Tony Diggs did an excellent job!

We used a pod for storage during renovation work. The service was executed perfectly, was affordable, and staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Contractors appreciated having space to work, and we liked not having to clean sawdust off all our possessions.

The computer system is a disaster and shows status results that are more than a week out of date. It took 6 calls to customer service to get the pod delivered to my house.
My pod already was delivered to my house on the east coast, but the computer system still says the pod will not arrive for another 6 days from now from the warehouse on the west coast to the local warehouse on the east coast. This also meant that I couldn’t use the computer to order delivery of my full pod or pickup of the eventually emptied pod. Both steps required the intervention of customer service. The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is that the delivery and pickup drivers have been fabulous - putting the pod down precisely where we wanted and avoiding obstacles. Also the people on phone support also all were delightful and did their best to be helpful.
