Anthony was super responsive and helpful!

This was a 3 hour city access, so Lee the driver stayed with the pod on top of the truck bed and operated the hydraulic lift while two of us moved the stuff. Lee was polite, friendly, and professional with us and other people in the busy loading area. Lee even helped get some of the more unwieldy items wheeled onto the elevator which was definitely above and beyond! A great experience and I would recommend Pods City Service and driver/ renaissance gentleman Lee!

I just received my POD delivery and from the beginning the customer service team has been excellent. They were very knowledgeable, no high pressure sales tactics, exercise patience while I ponder the idea of moving items from a traditional storage facility to one offsite (pick up and store). The driver, Mr. Anthony Diggs, was prompt, helpful and offered great advise on positioning the unit best suited for my use. Once off loaded to the space, he conducted his inspection along with mine, following up with feedback with contacting customer service if anything additional was needed.
