Customer service needs to hire people who speak English, I could not understand the Customer service Representative, I ask to repeat several things to understand what they were saying, extremely difficult.

Our driver Miles was great for pickup today - very patient and careful on our one way parking-both-sides street situation. Drop off was smooth too.

Excellent service! Drivers for both our delivery and pickup were super friendly. The pod was the perfect solution for us. We were able to store items to declutter our home while showing it to sell and able to transport our items safely to our new home.

Mike Booker was super friendly, and welcoming!! He was very professional, and provided a safe service of picking up the POD on time. A big shout out to Mike!! He’s the best!!

The cost was starting to be too much. The facility manager have been professional. The truck drivers are as+(!/#@.
