PODS Moving & Storage

Best way to move your home stuff. Delightful drivers and cost is very affordable compared to having everything ready for a one day move. It's great to be able to slowly move/pack over 30 days or more.

We scheduled PODs to be delivered to my home on 9/15/23, but I was told I hadn't signed the contract when I contacted them today to check out why they had yet to arrive. When I contacted them to make moving plans, they did not mention a contract, did not email me a contract, and informed me that the complete amount would be charged to my credit card 7 days before my relocation. They charged my card $2857.61 and an extra $268.00 on August 25th but have yet to deliver the PODs to my residence. I'm curious why they would charge my credit card if I didn't sign a contract. Is it OK to take someone's money but not deliver service? I employ movers to assist with unpacking the pods, and the fee is non-refundable. I am being told that the PODs will be delivered on September 26. I don't have a bed for my children to sleep on; I have an empty house with two children and a wheelchair-bound spouse. We'll have to drive 15 hours to Harrisburg before returning to Florida on September 26, and we're not 100% sure if they will deliver the PODs again because we can’t trust this company. We're getting xxxx repeatedly by them, and there's nothing we can do about it. I will never do business with this firm again.

9/21/23 - I emailed you asking when the PODs will be delivered, but I am still waiting for your reply. Are you genuinely trying to help us, or is it just an act?

All great. It was worth the price. All of the drivers and phone support folks were great. Dale W from Hagerstown was the driver dropping off my pod. He went out of his way to place the pod perfectly

Dale was a very friendly gentleman to deal with. He took the time to explain things to us and we appreciate everything he did for us that day.
