Dale A Woodward was very helpful with tips about how to pack a secure load. He dropped the pod exactly where I asked him to put it and once he picked it up you couldn’t even tell that it was here.

PODs Moving and Storage were very timely on dropping off and picking up the unit. They even came back and moved it for us in our driveway. Their customer service was very helpful when we had questions. The delivery driver Dale Woodward was very polite and great to deal with. I would definitely use PODs again if I need the service.

Our driver Dale was great. Helpful, punctual, communicative and informative. Made our move a little less stressful. Cheaper than hiring movers for a midsized house and gives you more time to move at your own pace.

They move your stuff at their convenience. Also, if you ask for same day drop off and pick up and get it confirmed it really means that they will drop it off and pick it up a few days later at their convenience. I highly do NOT recommend.
