Reuben was excellent. Very nice and professional.

Driver was polite, super friendly and was right on time. They gave me a 3 hour window but he called to give me a heads up and arrived promptly at the beginning of the time frame they gave me. Very smooth process!

I have been so impressed with the PODS system! I have moved overseas and back and have never had it this easy. PODs is the most efficient and great system I have yet to experience while moving. Reuben Artis was the driver who picked up the POD. Very professional and patiently made all the adjustments, checking and correcting, so that the POD was lifted and placed on the truck with great care! Thank you Reuben and the POD team! Of note: this was delivery and pickup only. I haven't had the move or delivery to destination yet.
