Great people delivering and picking up! Call center can be tough to communicate with especially if any issues come up. When in doubt have them transfer you to stateside call center. Carlos saved my ass! Thank you ! I spent hours dealing with overseas call center until I pushed my issues up the line far enough. Otherwise would have been 5 stars.
