PODS Moving & Storage

When the POD was dropped off, they put a 2 foot gouge in the concrete. When it was picked up, they left indents in the grass. I callled customer service and my claims for both the concrete and grass were denied because the 'driver handeled the equipment with care'. Clearly they did not, otherwise I would not have a 2 foot indention in my brand new conrete. Will not be using PODS again.

If your driveway cracks, PODS will tell you it’s your responsibility. See below interaction with claims.

You represent to PODS that the area where you require placement will have adequate structural integrity to withstand the weight of the container and PODS’ equipment. I would recommend using PODs. We moved long distance and POD made the move easy. We would up using 2 PODs and only 1 glass was broken and I blame myself for the pack job. The delivered the PODs on time. The drivers were great to work with.

We stored our belongings in two large PODS in their indoor storage facility for 9 months while our new home was being built - and we have nothing but great things to say about PODS! The whole process was so easy from scheduling the pod deliveries and pickups, the payments were automatic and very reasonable, the communication was great, and scheduling their delivery and pickup at the end was flawless. Our belongings were in the exact same condition as they were when the PODS were packed, the drivers were amazing and very skillfully put both large PODS in our driveway with no issues. I highly recommend using PODS for your next move!
