Review:
Great customer service when ordering my container. Driver was nice and explained how to use my container. Using a PODS container made it convenient to place my belongings inside of it. Great service.

Review:
5 phone calls were made for pick up services and driver was still sent to wrong location. I was unable to make changes online and associates continued to tell me to make changes using online portal. Power lines and power pole were damaged when container was picked up. Shingles on roof were also damaged from power lines dragging across roof and then left. Driver did not bother to notify me there were problems. Now customer service is not responding.
