Very easy to schedule pick-up within 2 days online via Chat. Communication about my pick-up time was accurate and the driver, Jermaine W. called to give me a 50-min arrival heads-up, which was helpful since we don’t yet live onsite where the POD is. Jermaine was prompt, professional and friendly, and had the POD removed quickly. It’s not the cheapest option but I would definitely recommend PODS as a convenient storage alternative.

I used PODS storage units to store materials on site. The sales agent was knowledgeable le and helped me find the best pricing available. The delivery was timely and the driver was very courteous. Units were clean and in good condition. Pickup went without any problems as well.

Yesterday afternoon I had a POD delivery right on time by Jermaine Washington who was really amazing. He was so thoughtful and courteous while speaking with me on the phone and in person during a huge rainstorm. He worked out in the rain relentlessly while getting my overpacked POD door open. He knew exactly what he was doing and smiled the whole time. The customer service he provided was unmatched. I was extremely grateful for a guy like Jermaine to be my delivery person. Thank you so much!

Easy and convenient, I definitely recommend this you anyone looking for affordable storage space.....updating my review 1 year later, they have raised the rent twice ?? I'm over this place
