My experience with PODS was a good one. I needed a POD for emergency storage. The delivery was on time and the pick up happened just now which was also on time. My pick up driver (Alicia) was very nice and seemed to be a very good experienced driver of the delivery truck as well as the PODzilla that is used to transports the POD on and off the truck. It was very nice to have a storage space delivered to where you need it vs loading and hauling then unloading again in another storage facility. I would recommend PODS to anyone needing a fast and reliable storage space.

I used PODS for moving my primary residence. The POD pickup and delivery was never available when I needed it. I was charged for delivery and pickup which said it was included in the quote. I was even charged for 'content' coverage even after scheduling pickup when the PODS were empty
