PODS definitely deliver when they say they will. Drivers call ahead of time to let you know how far out they are so you can be prepared. Notification process is on point every step of the way. I used them 12 years ago for the first time and when I needed to move my Grammy back South, they were the 1st choice. Thank you for great customer service.

I had an excellent experience with Pete Slavic, my PODS driver. He gave me a courtesy call ahead of time to let me know his exact arrival time and showed up right on schedule. Pete went above and beyond by helping me figure out the best place to position the POD since I live in an apartment. The entire process was quick, straightforward, and hassle-free, it took just 15 minutes! I truly appreciate his professionalism and efficiency. I highly recommend doing business with him.
