Excellent services by PODS Moving & Storage, from step one, setting up the scheduling of the delivery and pickups of the Pods, the cuayomer service help when i needed to reschedule because of the snow storms, all the drivers have been awesome, special shout out to driver, John from Rocky Mount - super job! Truly have made my move soooo much easier. Recommend this method and company very highly.

If I could give this company NEGATIVE ZERO stars, I would.
Driver never contacted me and parked the pod on the water main line and septic system. They tore up my front yard and the end of mine and neighbors driveway. After the expensive damage they did, they were told to pick up the pod and magically had no one available and the pod sat for over a week!
Any attempt to communicate with the non-English speaking about their process, fees (threatening me that they were going to charge over $800!!!! to take the empty piece of garbage back fell on non-English speaking idiot representatives!

We had an excellent experience with PODS! Very easy to navigate and all movers were extremely helpful and friendly.

Pods is a great way to move your stuff, but the only thing better then using Pods to move is having John drop off your Pod.
He ensured proper placement of the Pod and double checked to make sure that the door opened before leaving.
If your using Pods in the Hampstead area, I suggest that you request John.
