John was very professional. John hooked up the pod with ease.

All of the PODS staff I interacted with were very courteous, professional and trustworthy from the time the POD was initially delivered to the time it was picked at my new home across the country. They may cost more than competitors but it is worth it. Thank you, PODS for making my move easier and less stressful.

John was great! Friendly..communicated good & answered any questions I had! Definitely helped with making the stress of moving a bit easier! Great customer service! Employees like him are why companies get word of mouth recommendations from their customers! Give that man a raise!

John our Pod driver for the delivery was amazing. He accommodated our placement request, was courteous, and on time. The entire process from our pick up out of state to delivery was exceptional. I also need to say that our driver for the pickup was a lifesaver. Contacting the city to get permission for placement and working within our window for pickup, he also went above and beyond. Easy process, highly recommend.
