The best part of the experience was the driver who re delivered out PODS at our new home. He was excellent and was a great communicator. The worst part was the customer service. Very poor and not helpful at all. Told us when we moved our pods to the warehouse near our new home to just call 3 days before to be able to get the pods delivered. I called and went online, it was 33 days before I could get my pods. Not a good experience.
Eric Mazariegoz (I think is how it’s spelled on the card) was very polite, friendly and helpful with the delivery of my PODS unit. Did it fast but didn’t rush. Very professional job. Thank you.

Due to the hurricane in WNC and loss of power for 2 weeks we were unable to complete our project for which we had rented the POD.
I called customer service (a place far, far away) and asked if they would offer a promotional savings since many businesses recognize the loss we have suffered here but the 3 people I spoke to all stated they could not offer me any additional promotional rate or tack an additional week on at no charge. I never was able to speak to a local rep, only one from far east. Will not rent from or recommend POD to my friends.
