PODS Moving & Storage

Alejandro was the driver who dropped off the pod. He is a fantastic driver who is personable and very knowledgeable. The drop off was a smooth experience with pods.

Move went great. Definitely need to make sure you pack your stuff in tightly. I packed everything almost to the door and then strapped it in with a couple of light duty ratchet straps. Shipped 5 states away over a week and not a thing moved or broke along the way. Friendly drivers, knowledgeable phone operators, transparent and fair pricing. Would use again but I sincerely do not want to move everything I own ever again.

Had a poor experience and I tried to get a resolved issue about my move. However, because of poor communication from them I felt lied to. Because of their poor communication it cost me more to use full service movers instead of PODS saving me in my move.
Make sure they don’t mislead you where they move their units.

I had a great experience with the initial agent who got me the best price he could. It was convenient to be able to just load, on my time & have picked up & stored somewhere. However the reason I gave 4 stars, the pod I requested was supposed to be for a 3 bedroom house. I could not fit everything on it. And we are very good packers. I didn't have an abundance amount of items either. I ended up having to rent a uhaul & another storage unit to fit the remainder items. I was told that was the largest one they had. It said it was for a 3 bedroom also. Was disappointed that I had to spend more money each month that wasn't in my budget.
